Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact Responsible for processing claims submitted by individuals and their employers in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring that all data captured into the system is complete and accurate to support timely payment computation. When claim payment computations are rejected by the system, you will be required to perform manual computation. You will explain claim policies clearly to customers, addressing their queries in a professional and helpful manner, while ensuring that only necessary documentation is requested to minimise inconvenience to them. For complex cases, you will be expected to discuss and escalate them appropriately for review and decision by the relevant parties. You will also proactively identify areas for improvement and provide feedback on system enhancements that can strengthen operational effectiveness.
