<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Work with stakeholders to gather requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop a comprehensive project plan and work closely with stakeholders and vendors to maintain schedule for the delivery of network infrastructure projects involving mainly the tech refresh of network infrastructure (core network devices, network equipment etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Manage change process, ensure deliverables address required quality & support requirements, ensure project performance adheres to stipulated KPIs and are compliant to prevailing security and governance requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ensure the smooth transition of the system from the project implementation phase to operation & maintenance phase.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Organise and participate in project reporting, updates and post-mortems with the goal to identify and enhance processes as part of continuous improvement effort.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">At least three to five years of experience in project management managing and implementing IT infrastructure projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Able to handle parallel tracks, technical issues and manage different groups of users and external vendors.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Good working knowledge in networking where relevant technical certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, ITIL or equivalent) is highly desired.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong analytical skills, able to define risk, identify potential threats, and develop action/mitigation plans.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Positive mind set, highly organized and able to work effectively with limited supervision.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> </p> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Work location: Jurong East</span></p>
