<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Launch and grow new products including research and identify new opportunities and target markets</li> <li>Develop business plan and Go-to-Market strategies for the identified opportunities to drive business growth and to meet financial objectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies and project delivery.</li> <li>Lead initiatives to broaden products’ presence including marketing and developing sales channels</li> <li>Prepare business proposals and tender documents</li> <li>Responsible for seeking external fundings including sourcing, application and claiming of external fundings such as progress reporting, monitoring of expenditure, presentation of project outcome etc</li> <li>Support the Management including tracking of company performance metrics (KPIs), analyse results, and report findings and actionable insights to senior management</li> <li>Work with Management team for annual budgeting, forecasting of sales and workplans to set the direction of the company</li> <li>Monitor the market share of the business and perform analysis on the trends</li> <li>Prepare and lead presentations to senior management on strategic plans, business reviews and to external parties for strategic engagements and site visits</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned by Management</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or related fields</li> <li>Experience in new product launch and market development.</li> <li>Track record of developing sales channels and business partnership will be plus </li> <li>Knowledge in the automotive, technology and related industries will be an added advantage</li> <li>Knowledge in conducting competitive assessments, identify industry trends, and use data to find new opportunities</li> <li>Have a good understanding of financial data, ROI analysis, budgeting and financial modelling</li> <li>Able to set long-term goals and develop plans to achieve them</li> <li>Possess creative ability to overcome challenges, adapt to changing priorities and propose innovative solutions</li> <li>Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to articulate value propositions and influence stakeholders</li> <li>Strong collaboration and communication skills</li> <li>Able to travel for business trips independently and work with different time zones</li> <li>Able to work well independently and in a team environment, and matrix reporting structure</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li> <li>Class 3 driving licence with own vehicle</li> </ul>
