<div> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Attend meetings with customers to address ship defects and other technical issues.</li> <li>Prepare service acceptance documents and technical reports upon completion of defect rectification works.</li> <li>Plan, schedule, and assign daily work tasks to the production team.</li> <li>Provide technical suggestions and solutions to assist customers in resolving problems.</li> <li>Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to schedules.</li> <li>Ensure all work complies with applicable appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.</li> <li>Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.</li> <li>Actively participate in and support ongoing and new projects as assigned.</li> </ul> <div> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of working experience in the marine and/or heavy industry sector will be advantageous</li> <li>Basic understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles is advantageous</li> <li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of mechanical system components and their functions.</li> <li>Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings and service reports.</li> <li>Basic communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Other Information:</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Work Location:</strong> Pioneer Sector<br><em>(Daily transportation reimbursement provided for travel to and from work)</em></li> <li><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> 5‑day work week</li> <li><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM</li> </ul> </div> </div>
