<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems</li> <li>Diagnose faults and perform repairs on equipments and facility issues</li> <li>Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety risks</li> <li>Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly</li> <li>Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and work orders</li> <li>Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and stored</li> <li>Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers</li> <li>Comply with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency</li> <li> <div>Assist in emergency response situations (e.g. power failure, water leaks, fire alarms)</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, or related fields</li> <li>Relevant experience in facilities and machines maintenance, engineering, or technical roles</li> <li>Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or automation systems</li> <li> <div>Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques</div> </li> <li>Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics</li> <li> <div>Physically fit and willing to perform hands‑on technical work</div> </li> </ul>
