<p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Field Engineer Job Description</strong></span><br>• Evaluate Technical Source Data and publications from OEMs/Airworthiness Authorities for Continuing Airworthiness.<br>• Evaluate changes in aircraft maintenance schedules and procedures.<br>• Assist in aircraft incident investigation.<br>• Perform Engineering assessments and studies on aircraft systems.<br>• Prepare and present Aircraft Systems Modifications and Maintenance Reviews to airworthiness authority.<br>• Monitor aircraft systems reliability and design engineering and reliability improvement initiatives.<br>• Conduct quarterly and yearly reliability meeting with Customer.<br>• Evaluate Engineering Assistance Request Note (EARN) and provide engineering disposition and recommendations.<br>• Generate aircraft weight and balance reports.<br>• Liaise with aircraft and systems OEMs to resolve technical issues.<br>• Provide ad-hoc engineering assistance to resolve technical issues arising from daily aircraft operations.<br>• Able to work in military bases<br> <br><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Qualification</strong></span><br>• Degree in Aerospace/Electrical/Mechanical/ Structure Engineering or related field.<br>• Applicants with relevant work experience will also be considered.<br> <br><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Relevant Experience</strong></span><br>Experiences in the following areas would be considered/ preferred: <br>• Military aircraft systems knowledge.<br>• Familiar with airworthiness processes.<br>• Familiar with military flight operations and aircraft maintenance.<br>• Familiar with electrical / electronic principles.<br>• Familiar with avionic system operations<br>• Familiar with aerospace system and aerospace mechanical/ structure repair<br> <br><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Soft Skills & Attributes</strong></span><br>The following soft skills & attributes are desired:<br>• Excellent written and communication skills.<br>• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.<br>• Pro-active and dynamic, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.<br>• Able to perform after-office-hours standby to support operations on a rotational basis or as and when required.<br>• Singaporean only.<br> </p>
