You will be required to translate user’s requirements with preferably non-intrusive programming. Roles and responsibilities: <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Contribute towards project success by implementing, customizing and maintaining QAD-related functionality with standard QAD or (if justifiable) through developing customizations</li> <li>Experience of working closely with functional leaders at Operational Level.</li> <li>Can collaborate and work closely with QAD and/or other areas/teams.</li> <li>Train, Guide, mentor and collaborate with Jrs. get them onboard.</li> <li>Contribute in Business process change or optimization</li> <li>Ensure quality and documentation around the projects that get handed over to support </li> </ul> Skills / Experience: <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>10 to 18 yrs of overall experience with minimum of 8 years into programming and development on QAD (and Mfg/Pro).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with non-intrusive programming viz.
