The role focuses on production support, issue resolution, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement of product and compliance-related data processes.</p> <hr> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Provide <strong>L2/L3 AMS support</strong> for SAP PLM incidents, service requests, and problems.</li> <li>Support and maintain: <ul> <li>Product master data</li> <li>BOM management</li> <li>Document Management System (DMS)</li> <li>Change Management processes</li> </ul> </li> <li>Resolve issues within agreed <strong>SLAs</strong> and perform <strong>root cause analysis</strong>.</li> <li>Handle minor configuration changes and functional enhancements.</li> <li>Support integrations with SAP modules such as <strong>MM, PP, QM</strong>.</li> <li>Assist users with troubleshooting, functional guidance, and system usage.</li> <li>Participate in testing, regression support, and documentation updates.</li> <li>Work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure system stability and compliance.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Required Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Strong experience in <strong>SAP PLM support (AMS environment)</strong></li> <li>Hands-on knowledge of <strong>BOMs, DMS, and Change Management</strong></li> <li>Experience with <strong>SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA</strong></li> <li>Understanding of <strong>ITIL-based support processes</strong></li> <li>Experience using incident management/ticketing tools</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Good to Have</h2> <ul> <li>Exposure to <strong>SAP S/4HANA PLM</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>global AMS support models</strong></li> <li>Basic awareness of food industry compliance and documentation needs</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Education</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li> <li>SAP PLM certification (preferred)</li> </ul> </div><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
