The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementation, support, and solution design across manufacturing environments, along with proficiency in capacity planning, costing, and order-based planning scenarios.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong> </strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Production Planning (PP)</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Strong knowledge of MTS (Make-to-Stock) and MTO (Make-to-Order) processes</strong>, including <strong>Sales Order–based production</strong> and <strong>WBS-based production scenarios</strong>.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Manage MRP execution, planning strategies</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Manage Capacity Planning</strong>, including capacity evaluation, load leveling, finite/infinite scheduling, capacity leveling.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Manage production shopfloor execution scenarios along with subcontracting, rework process.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support PP-related master data (Material Master, Work Centers, Bill of Materials, Routing).</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Troubleshoot day to day PP issues, impact analysis.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Manage process enhancement as per business requirement.
