Create a unified template for plan→produce→inspect→maintain ensuring traceability, compliance, and factory efficiency.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Architect <strong>PP</strong> strategy: MRP (classic/MRP Live), demand-driven planning, scheduling, line balancing, confirmations, and backflush.</li> <li>Design <strong>QM</strong> processes: incoming/in‑process/final inspection, sampling plans, MICs, results recording, usage decisions, CAPA, SPC.</li> <li>Establish <strong>PM</strong> framework: maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, work orders, breakdown/ preventive/ predictive maintenance.</li> <li>Integrate PP–QM–PM with <strong>EWM/WM</strong> (quality stock, sampling), <strong>SD</strong> (returns), <strong>MM</strong> (inspection lot for GR, vendor quality), <strong>FI/CO</strong> (maintenance costs).</li> <li>Govern master data: materials/BOMs/routings/recipes, inspection plans, work centers, equipment/functional locations, task lists.</li> <li>Lead <strong>data migration</strong> and validation (BOMs, routings, inspection plans, equipment, history loads).</li> <li>Define <strong>MES/L2</strong> integrations (shop-floor systems), IoT/condition monitoring inputs for PM, and digital work instructions.</li> <li>Own <strong>cutover</strong> playbooks for production orders, inspection lots, open notifications, and PM schedules; stabilize in Hypercare.</li> <li>Drive <strong>compliance</strong> (ISO, IATF, GMP), traceability/serialization, and batch genealogy.</li> <li>Coach PP/QM/PM consultants; run workshops with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance leadership.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills</h3> <ul> <li>Deep expertise in <strong>PP</strong> (discrete/process/repetitive), <strong>QM</strong> (inspection & quality records), and <strong>PM</strong> (orders, planning, costs).</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Shop-floor/MES</strong> integrations, <strong>IoT/Condition monitoring</strong>, and <strong>SPC</strong>/quality analytics.</li> <li>Strong cross-module integration (MM, SD, EWM, FI/CO) and familiarity with <strong>Advanced ATP</strong> impacts on production.</li> <li>Proficiency in WRICEF, interface specs (IDoc/API), and non-functional design (performance, availability).</li> </ul> </div><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
