The ideal candidate will play a dual role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring clear requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder communication.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Scrum Master Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives</li> <li>Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution</li> <li>Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)</li> <li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance</li> <li>Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog prioritization</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Business Analyst Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements</li> <li>Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation</li> <li>Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution alignment</li> <li>Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and business process mapping</li> <li>Participate in UAT and ensure successful delivery of business solutions</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role</li> <li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks</li> <li>Proven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management</li> <li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills</li> <li>Experience with tools like <strong>JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps</strong>, or similar</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)</li> <li>Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)</li> <li>Experience in domains like Banking, Finance, Healthcare, or IT Services</li> <li>Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery tools</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Competencies</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Leadership and team facilitation</li> <li>Stakeholder management</li> <li>Decision-making and conflict resolution</li> <li>Attention to detail with a strategic mindset</li> <li>Adaptability and continuous learning</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
