We are looking forward to hire EDI Analyst Professionals in the following areas : Job Description: <ul> <li>2 to 5 years of expereince in EDI Areas.</li> <li>Experience in requirements gathering, design, mapping, and development of new maps and components for B2B integration</li> <li>Configure, test, and deploy B2B and EDI transactions, ensuring alignment with requirements and industry standards</li> <li>Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure efficient data flow and resolve any issues promptly</li> <li>Good working knowledge on Technologies like Boomi, MuleSoft, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator etc</li> <li>Knowledge on EDI standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot EDI transactions and technical issues independently</li> <li>Experience in testing end to end with customer/trading partner and backend systems.</li> <li>Excellent experience working directly with customers.</li> <li>Good understanding of EDI transactions for Retail, Logistics & Warehouse Transactions (Retail/Logistics will be an added advantage)</li> <li>Experience in ITX/ITXA/WTX design studio & lightwell framework & MFT (preferred)</li> <li>Hands-on experience in mapping, CSV, IDOC, flat files, XML, JSON, etc</li> <li>SFTP and AS2 hands-on experience in creating all setups (from scratch and not only supporting)</li> <li>Provide support across application-to-application and business-to-business integration technologies.</li> <li>Manage relationships with trading partner EDI coordinators to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution</li> <li>Understand project scope, timelines, and delivery schedules, work with internal teams and external partners. Monitor daily integration processes and resolve errors timely.</li> <li>Provide guidance to the managed services partner on EDI mapping specifications.</li> <li>Prepare functional specifications, test plans, user documentation, technical integration documentation, and control plans.</li> <li>Prepare and execute integration test plans, ensuring robust test environments and accurate simulated EDI test data.</li> <li>Coordinate and execute testing activities with the managed services partner.</li> <li>Build basic knowledge of API technologies and propose API-based approaches for suppliers and customers to enable secure, real-time data exchange.</li> <li>Lead Future State solution design based on customer requirements</li> <li>Contribute toward development of tools, methodologies, and presentations for Implementation</li> <li>Hands on experience on ITSM Tools</li> <li>Provide support to customer account team during Go-live</li> <li>Provide support as necessary to Business Development Team</li> <li>Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements</li> </ul> Key Skills and Knowledge: <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience with Retail and Logistics industry standards.</li> <li>Strong knowledge and experience on JSON, XML, EDIFACT and X12 standards</li> <li>Good working knowledge on Technologies like Boomi, MuleSoft, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator etc.</li> <li>Work experience in requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and resolving issues</li> <li>Experience in handling migration and onboarding of customers.</li> <li>Strong communication skills: strong listener with exceptional facilitation skills and the ability to tell the story and connect to your audience </li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS Required: <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university </li> </ul> Preferred: <ul type="disc"> <li>Ability to organize, design, develop and deliver projects for internal and external audiences at all levels</li> <li>Prior experience working with customers, vendors, or carriers</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levels</li> <li>Experience working and thriving in a continuous improvement environment</li> <li>Experience with lean processes and tools such as value stream mapping, A3 project management, visual management, Pareto Analysis and fishbone diagrams</li> <li>Experience working directly with customers</li> <li>Flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint & Project</li> </ul> At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
