The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven Apps), SharePoint Online, and Power Automate, with a good understanding of business process automation and integration.</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven Apps) based on business requirements<br>Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions<br>Build and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation<br>Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, SQL, and other data sources<br>Customize SharePoint forms using PowerApps<br>Implement security roles, permissions, and data access controls<br>Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and bug fixing<br>Migrate legacy solutions (InfoPath / SharePoint workflows) to Power Platform<br>Collaborate with business users, business analysts, and project teams<br>Create technical documentation and provide user training/support<br>Follow best practices for governance, deployment, and version control</p> <p><br>Required Skills<br>Technical Skills</p> <p>Strong experience with PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑Driven)<br>Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online<br>Expertise in Power Automate (Flow)<br>Knowledge of Dataverse<br>Experience with SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Content Types, and Permissions<br>Understanding of REST APIs, connectors, and integrations<br>Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for SharePoint customizations)<br>Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration<br>Basic knowledge of Azure services (Azure AD, Logic Apps – preferred)</p> <p>Soft Skills</p> <p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<br>Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions<br>Good problem‑solving and analytical skills<br>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</p> <p><br>Good to Have (Preferred Skills)</p> <p>Experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework)<br>Knowledge of Power BI<br>Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications<br>Experience in agile/scrum development methodologies</p> <p><br>Education</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</p><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
