AMS Delivery & Operations <ul type="disc"> <li>SAP EWM AMS delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality service.</li> <li>Manage incident, problem, change, and release management activities following ITIL standards.</li> <li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.</li> <li>Ensure operational stability of the SAP EWM landscape (both Decentralized and Embedded).</li> <li>Collaborate with offshore delivery teams for 24x7 coverage and global service continuity.</li> </ul> 2. Transition Management (as Receiver) <ul type="disc"> <li>Ensuring complete and accurate knowledge transfer from the incumbent vendor or implementation team.</li> <li>Validate and document processes, configurations, and open tickets during transition.</li> <li>Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in the incoming support scope.</li> <li>Establish transition governance, reporting mechanisms, and issue resolution frameworks.</li> <li>Drive stabilization phase post-transition and ensure smooth handover into steady-state AMS operations.</li> </ul> 3. Functional Expertise <ul type="disc"> <li>Provide advanced functional and operational support for:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Understanding of Client business processes specially for HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY in Manufacturing (Discrete, PP-PI & REM) Supply chain and related areas</li> <li>Should be capable of Handling the interfaces between ECC and S4 HANA SAP systems, any 3rd party system integrations, root cause and fix errors.</li> <li> Knowledge of handling Output types, IDOCs, batch jobs is a plus.</li> <li>Proficient communication skills with proactive approach to work with US client for issue resolution, process improvisation through solutioning.</li> <li>PP QM Configuration & Customization</li> </ul> <li>Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, PP, TM, QM, and 3PL systems.</li> <li>Deliver minor enhancements, system tuning, and continuous process improvements.</li> </ul> 4. Stakeholder & Team Interactions <ul type="disc"> <li>Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> 5.
