</div><div><p>Experience 10+ Years</p> <p>We are seeking for an experienced Oracle SCM & Manufacturing Cloud Functional Consultant, who will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, lead end-to-end implementations, configure modules (like Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing), map processes, and drive user adoption to optimize global supply </div><div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Requirement Gathering & Design:</strong> Lead workshops to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion capabilities, identify gaps, and design robust solutions.</li> <li><strong>System Configuration:</strong> Configure core modules including Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, and Cost Management. </li> <li><strong>Testing & Validation:</strong> Prepare and execute Conference Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li> <li><strong>Integration Support:</strong> Collaborate with technical teams to validate touchpoints between SCM, Finance, and third-party systems using tools like FBDI and REST/SOAP APIs. </li> <li><strong>Training & Hypercare:</strong> Develop end-user training materials, lead knowledge-transfer sessions, and provide post-production hypercare support. </li> <li><strong>System Qualifications & Experience</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>Domain Experience:</strong> Typically 5 to 10+ years of functional SCM consulting experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically in Oracle Cloud.</li> <li><strong>Implementation Track Record:</strong> Proven completion of at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle implementations.</li> <li><strong>Certifications:</strong> Active <strong>Oracle Cloud Certification</strong> for relevant modules is highly preferred by employers</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Key Technical Skills</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Deep functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Manufacturing, and PLM).</li> <li>Familiarity with data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI
