<li>Understanding of Benchmarking , Best practices as per industry standard and peer companies which can be driven in the area assigned</li> <li>Understanding and adopting AI in the area of operation and able show value addition to client.</li> <li>Drive CSAT and TCSAT >4.5 /5.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree.</li> <li>8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.</li> <li>Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP).</li> <li>ITIL v4 Foundation</li> <li>Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply</li> </ul> <p>PREFERRED SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Infrastructure as Code: Basic exposure to Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.</li> <li>Configuration Management: Familiarity with Ansible playbook</li> <li>Containers: Experience managing Docker containers or Kubernetes clusters.</li> <li>Serverless: Architectural knowledge of AWS Lambda and API Gateway.</li> </ul> <p>BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership: Inspires teams and drives Scaling.</li> <li>AWS CloudWatch: Implementing custom metrics, CloudWatch Logs Insights, and automated actions.</li> <li>Linux: Enterprise-level architecture design, clustering solutions, and high-availability setups.</li> <li>VMware: Designing VMware Cloud (VMC) on AWS and large-scale vSphere deployments.</li> <li>AWS: Architectural design using Well-Architected Framework, CloudFront, and
