analysis and corrective action items</li> <li>Anaylsis of capacity and availability data</li> <li>Mentor junior engineering teams and lead technical code/architecture reviews.</li> <li>Manage infrastructure capacity planning and multi-million dollar cloud budgets.</li> <li>Driving key KPI improvement month on month</li> <li>Drive Knowledge Management , Process management, Client sign off</li> <li>Drive Key initiatives, CSIP, Automations , Customer Value additions</li> <li>Drive Ticket Reduction, Effort Reduction,</li> <li>Lead Client discussion on Key initiatives driving and outcomes</li> <li>Lead MSR/QBR , drive Ops as per Client Sensitivities and Priorities</li> <li>Understanding of Benchmarking , Best practices as per industry standard and peer companies which can be driven in the area assigned</li> <li>Understanding and adopting AI in the area of operation and able show value addition to client.</li> <li>Drive CSAT and TCSAT >4.5 /5</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.</li> <li>ITIL v4 Foundation Certification</li> <li>Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>PREFERRED SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Certified: Active Directory architecture, cluster management, and advanced troubleshooting.</li> <li>VMware Administration: vCenter management, vMotion, HA, DRS, and vSAN configuration.</li> <li>Azure Cloud: Deploying ARM/Bicep templates, managing Azure Backup, Recovery Services, and Load Balancers.</li> <li>Hybrid Cloud Architecture: Designing enterprise-scale Windows, VMware, and Azure integrated environments.</li> <li>Azure Governance: Enterprise Landing Zones, Azure Policy, cost optimization, and CAF frameworks.</li> <li>Disaster Recovery: Designing SRM (Site Recovery Manager) and Azure Site
