Our purpose is anchored in a single truth – bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">We are looking forward to hire .NET Professionals in the following areas :</span></b></p> <p> </p> <div> <h3><strong>Required Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong expertise in deployment processes and tools, including release management, change management, and rollback strategies.</li> <li>Proficiency in scripting and automation.</li> <li>Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, and ITIL practices.</li> <li>Hands-on technical experience with MS .NET, Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), CI/CD pipelines, and related technologies.</li> <li>Mandatory experience in the eCommerce domain, with working knowledge of Optimizely (B2B).</li> <li>Experience in project risk management, scope management, and team management.</li> <li>Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Boards, metrics tracking, and reporting/presentations.</li> <li>Proven experience in managing production support for MS .NET applications.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Possess 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, deployments, or Site Reliability Engineering.</li> <li>Demonstrate experience with incident management tools and processes, including ITIL Incident Management and ITSM frameworks.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time.</li> <li>Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on software deployments and SRE practices.</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end deployment processes, implementing automation, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.</li> <li>Implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident management.</li> <li>Collaborate with development teams to build resilient and scalable application architectures while promoting DevOps and SRE adoption.</li> <li>Evaluate, implement, and maintain automation tools to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance system reliability.</li> <li>Lead incident management activities including response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to reduce impact, restore services quickly, and implement preventive measures for future incidents.</li> <li>Establish and maintain effective monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.</li> <li>Define and track KPIs and SLOs to measure system reliability, performance, and availability.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for deployment processes, system configurations, and incident reports.</li> <li>Preferred certifications include Certified DevOps Engineer, or SRE-related certifications.</li> </ul> </div><p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
