clear understanding and implementation of solutions.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues as needed.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Work with various Microsoft Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Read and interpret XML files for data extraction and validation.</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Apply knowledge of leasing and sales pricing to identify their root causes and determine viable solutions (i.e., system improvements, triggering errors, mapping errors, human errors, training needs, etc.)</span></li> <li Experience</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Degree (advantage if related to MIS).</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Minimum 2 years of work experience.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive Functional Design Documents.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying requirements to developers and technical teams.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Hands-on experience with DocuSign platform and support.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Proficiency in Azure and DevOps for project lifecycle management.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Experience working with ServiceNow for IT service management.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Ability to read and understand XML data structures.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Proven experience with leasing and sales pricing concepts within a commercial environment.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"><span style="">Added advantage if the person knows CapitalStream, Oracle; has sales experience; has credit
