Presales & Solutioning<br>• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand data management challenges and requirements.<br>• Design end-to-end MDM solutions including: <br>o Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data domains<br>• Develop solution architectures using tools like: <br>o Informatica MDM<br>o Reltio MDM (cloud-native)<br>o Stibo Systems (STEP)<br>• Define operating models for data governance, stewardship, and data lifecycle management.<br>• Create HLDs, solution blueprints, and architecture documents.<br>________________________________________<br>2. Customer Engagement<br>• Lead discovery workshops to assess data maturity and identify MDM opportunities.<br>• Translate business use cases into scalable technical solutions.<br>• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and technical presentations.<br>• Provide effort estimation, sizing, and implementation roadmaps.<br>________________________________________<br>3. Demonstrations & PoCs<br>• Design and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using MDM tools.<br>• Demonstrate integration with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics platforms.<br>________________________________________<br>4. Technical & Domain Expertise<br>• Provide SME support on: <br>o Data modeling (registry, consolidation, co-existence, centralized styles)<br>o Data quality, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment<br>o Match & merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchy management<br>o Data governance frameworks and workflows<br>• Hands-on knowledge of: <br>o Informatica IDMC, MDM Hub<br>o Reltio Data Cloud<br>o Stibo STEP platform<br>• Strong understanding of: <br>o Data integration (ETL/ELT tools like Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, Talend)<br>o APIs, event-driven architecture, and data pipelines<br>________________________________________<br>5. Integration & Architecture<br>• Define integration patterns with enterprise systems: <br>o SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, eCommerce systems<br>• Design data flows across ecosystems including: <br>o Data lakes, warehouses, and downstream systems<br>• Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture and governance standards.<br>________________________________________</p> <p>7.
