We are looking forward to hire Organizational Change Management (OCM) Professionals in the following areas : <ul> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Leverage established change management methodologies and tools to execute strategic plans and support the implementation, execution, and adoption of new ways of working.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Design and deliver effective change management strategy, approach, and plans in conjunction with the project and client team for the transformation program.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Build relationships, establish credibility, and instill confidence in clients.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Work with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success. Comfortably interact with C-Level Executives.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Design and develop holistic change management strategies that articulate how change will be managed throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Identify and deploy communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Deliver programs that support agile/iterative transformation.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Conduct key change management activities such as stakeholder assessment, readiness assessment, impact assessment, communication design and execution, training plan design and facilitation, etc.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Design and deliver material utilizing various channels of communication to drive awareness, education, and engagement across the organization.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Design, develop, and roll-out communication strategy and materials.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Work with relevant stakeholders to build change management understanding and ensure buy-in.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Participate in internal initiatives and business development efforts including proposal development, client presentations, etc.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Lead and contribute to internal practice and organization development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Continually improve frameworks and approaches along with the development of tools and methods.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Participate in business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, etc.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Mentor and guide a team of consultants to build change management skills.</li> <li style="margin-left:24.0px">Understand key objectives for clients and YASH, align people to objectives, and set priorities and direction.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Experience in change management – should have been a part of at least 6 change management implementations. Should have been part of end-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on a transformation program (prefer technology-driven change management experience).</li> <li>Good to have a global roll-out experience.</li> <li>6-8 years of experience in consulting/industry with a primary focus on change management.</li> <li>Experience in change management and employee experience in projects including stakeholder management, impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, and readiness assessment.</li> <li>Practical client experience including planning, design, and delivery.</li> <li>Delivering change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts including complex ERP implementations, Digital implementations, and transformation change programs.</li> <li>Understanding of standard project methodologies and change interventions during project lifecycle phases. Nice to have experience on PROSCI or any other change management approach.</li> <li>Good understanding of IT, HR, Finance functional processes, and transformation in general.</li> <li>Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical approaches.</li> <li>Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, geographies, and cultures.</li> <li>Good analytical, judgment, tact, and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Excellent time management skills to ensure the ability to deliver work products of the highest quality and overcome risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.</li> <li>MBA is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.</li> <li>Technology-driven change management experience (ERP systems SAP/Oracle/Workday).</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel for client engagements.</li> </ul> At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
