The list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.</p> <p>• Facilitates and educates passengers on safe boarding and alighting of trains <br>• Look out for passengers’ safety and security, and report any incidents or injuries <br>• Performs crowd control duties <br>• Assists passengers on fare-related enquiries<br>• Assists passengers during an emergency <br>• Carry informative signages during course of duties to show to passengers.<br>• Ensuring that the facilities, equipment and structure within the station premises are in good working condition and report to duty Station Manager if needed.<br>• Performs other duties as and when assigned by Supervisor/s </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications & Work Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>GCE ‘N’ level or at least 3 years of relevant working experience</li> <li>Able to perform shift duties from Monday to Friday (weekends may be included)</li> <li>Ability to stand and walk station areas between 2 to 3hrs.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Possess a friendly personality<br>• Has good English verbal communication skills </p></div></div></div>
