Duties also include proposing workflow <br>improvements to improve the reliability of the Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System. Manage his team’s performance in achieving established Key Performance <br>Indicators (KPIs) as well as facilitating the work of external contractors. Plans, prioritise and optimise material resources and manpower for scheduled maintenance work and fault. <br>Mentor and impart knowledge and skills to junior staff. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>1. Mechanical and Electrical Systems <br>- To perform preventive maintenance work of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System <br>- To perform corrective maintenance work of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System <br>- To assist in conducting fault analysis and troubleshooting of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System <br>- To supervise the execution of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System preventive maintenance work <br>- To supervise the execution of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System corrective maintenance work <br>- To perform complex fault analysis and testing of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System </p> <p><br>2. Support Maintenance Activities and Operational Requirement <br>- To supervise the work of contractors and stakeholders external to the Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System to ensure safety requirements and operating standards are met <br>- To ensure proper housekeeping of spare parts, equipment and tools <br>- To document inspection and maintenance activities <br>- To comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations when carrying out work <br>- To comply with Rapid Transits System (RTS) Codes of Practices <br>- To track quantities of and support the requisition of maintenance supplies and expendables required at work base </p> <p><br>3. Support continuous improvement activities to enhance service reliability <br>- To propose workflow improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System <br>- To carry out engineering improvement activities to enhance the reliability and efficiency of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System</p> <p> </p> <p>4.
