<p style="font-size:11.0pt;margin-bottom:0.0pt;margin-top:0.0pt;text-align:center"><b><span style="font-family:Arial"><img alt="" src="https://rmkcdn.successfactors.com/06fd4c88/e2ff4113-2df3-4bf2-9752-5.jpg" style="height:56.0px;width:150.0px"></span></b></p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Purpose</b></H2> </div><div><p>To operate and maintain all electrical and power-related system equipment installed in SMRT in compliance with our Quality objective as stated in our QP/WIs/Work Records.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li>To plan, lead and oversee preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works on electrical / power system related equipment to meet the Quality objective as stated in our QP and ensure all work in compliance with relevant procedures and safety requirement.</li> <li>To ensure the performance of electrical / power system related equipment in revenue operations meet the performance targets through effective scheduling of PM programs and co-ordination of CM activities .</li> <li>To plan and execute maintenance schedule and staff duty rosters in most effective and efficient manner.</li> <li>To provide technical advice and instructions to subordinates including sub-contractor personnel and ensure all drawings, diagrams, manuals, task lists, WIs and work records are kept current and update.</li> <li>To implement ISO procedure and carry out IPA/JSA & SSPP as assigned & planned.</li> <li>To comply and exercise safety at all times in accordance to Safety Procedures.</li> <li>To undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work.</li> <li>Manage appointed contractors for rectification works</li> <li>To support other ad hoc basis projects as PM/PIC</li> <li>To carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Engineering Maintenance Manager / Engineer</li> <li>To actively lead / participate in Kaizen Project to enhance and streamline maintenance processes and equipment performance</li> <li>To mentor and provide guidance to newly promoted / joined AEs.</li> <li>To cover EMM's duties when his supervisor is on leave.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications & Work Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Self-motivated, always striving to improve or meet a standard of excellence.</li> <li>Able to lead by example.</li> <li>Able to communicate effectively and work in and as a team.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><b>We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.</b></p>
