To ensure works carried out comply to Work Instructions (WI), Work Records (WR) and maintenance manuals. The AE will also investigate incident/ accidents, carry out checks to ensure safety aspects comply to SMRT Work Safety Manual and guarantee quality assurance in accordance with Code of Practise or SMRT Quality Procedures (QP).</p> <p> </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To lead a team to perform routine inspections of MRT structures, including stations, depots, viaducts and tunnels </span></li> <li style="text-align:justify;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To lead a team to carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works. Typical maintenance work include concrete repair, leakage repair, servicing of plumbing systems, scaffolding erections.
