He/she will coordinate with other business units/vendors/partners to ensure all aspects of the IT Solutions Architect responsibilities are delivered.</p> <p> </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Reports to the assigned Reporting Manager</li> <li>Support the Project Manager and team in the assigned project(s)</li> <li>Responsible for the support and operations of SMRT Project Management team</li> <li>Manage and ensure project needs and issues are handled accordingly and timely</li> <li>Any other duties as assigned</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications & Work Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst</li> <li>Good track record of implementing new software application projects</li> <li>Experience in developing BA tender specifications</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Good knowledge of IT solutions landscape, Project Management, and Vendor Management</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Ability to communicate and add value to IT infrastructure, application development, IT security and compliance</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Identify opportunities for process improvements</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Prepare and document testing requirements</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Knowledge in low code platform, cloud applications and solutions</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience with projects using Agile methodology</li> <li>Identify areas where IT can be adopted to support business needs and goals</li> <li>Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations</li> <li>Build and migrate software and services across the organization</li> <li>Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate and consult with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions</li> <li>Ability to work independently under pressure to meet system performance service levels. </li> <li>Self-motivated and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Strong teamwork and good personality</li> </ul> </div></div></div><p><b>We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.</b></p>
