The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. The role involves collaborating with the Functional team or Business Users to gather requirements and convert them into corresponding Maximo solutions.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within IBM Maximo.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Customize Maximo User Interface to fit into Business Functions</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Configure Maximo applications, Modules and workflows to meet client specifications</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Customize Maximo applications using Java, MBOs, Automation scripts and escalations</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Develop and maintain BIRT reports and KPIs.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Integrate Maximo with external systems using webservices, APIs with SAP and other external systems.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Maximo-related issues.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Document technical specifications, Test cases and perform system integration testing.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Respond to user queries and provide resolutions to the issues.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Manage system incident tickets/service request to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Carry out root-cause analysis, contribute to knowledge base, and provide recommendations for continuous improvements to workflow, process, and technology.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Any other relevant tasks assigned by the managers</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications & Work Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field with at least 4 years of experience with Maximo.</li> <li>Proven experience in Maximo Technical consultant or similar role</li> <li>Experience with Maximo Integration frameworks such as MIF</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p><strong>Technical skills include:</strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Proficiency in Automation Scripts (Python), BIRT Reports, Java, JavaScript, XML and related technologies</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Working experience with relational databases and SQL</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Knowledge in Asset Management, Maintenance Processes, and Inventory Management.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p><strong>Generic skills include:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Work closely with vendors and other team members to troubleshoot complex/interface issues and document solutions. </li> </ul></div></div></div><p><b>We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.</b></p>
