Oversee and optimise workshop processes to ensure high staff productivity, utilization and efficiency in bus maintenance. Prepare monthly operational reports for management reporting and information. Ensure Key Performance Indicators of bus fleet are met: Bus breakdown on service (ensure QoS 1.3 target is achieved) Ensure smooth implementation and timely completion of projects for buses. Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of tools and equipment. Ensure Technical Officers replace parts in accordance to maintenance requirements. Monitor, review and upgrade technical competencies of Technical Officers. Ensure consistent engagement and communications between the Management and the Technical Officers. Ensure training hours target is met for the financial year. </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Qualifications & Work Experience</H2> </div><div>Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Fresh graduate or inexperience with the right attitude will also be considered. Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
