(Advantage provided to candidates with experience in electric bus technologies)</p> <p>• Oversee the quality assurance of training programmes and drive training-needs-analysis in collaboration with bus workshop and internal customers.</p> <p>• Oversee submission of related claims to SSG; e2i and/or WSQ-related.</p> <p>• Maintain good working relationship with the authority (SGBA) and stakeholders.</p> <p>• Drive pedagogic innovation and leverage on new technology and media to create engaging and effective learning experience.</p> <p>• Manage the professional development of trainers to enhance their competency and effectiveness as professional trainers.</p> <p>• Responsible for the assessment and qualification framework for technical trainers and technicians.</p> <p>• Lead and drive strategic projects to enhance training deliveries and training outcomes.</p> <p>• Manage all operations aspects of the Technical Training Centre (TTC) including budget, training schedule, assets, etc.</p> <p>• Uphold stringent safety standards required of the trainers and trainees in TTC.</p> <p>• Undertake assigned projects and roles such as development of curated e-learning materials (Knowledge Library).</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications & Work Experience</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.</p> <p>• Good knowledge of Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Framework.</p> <p>• Preferably with ACTA certification.</p> <p>• Preferably with knowledge electric bus knowledge, training & development experience and Class 4/5 driving licence. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Motivated and passionate about people development and able to inspire others.</p> <p>• Good communication skills, project management skills and leadership qualities.</p> <p>• Organised, meticulous and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.</p></div></div></div><p> </p> <p><strong>SMRT Buses Ltd</strong>, a subsidiary of SMRT Corporation, is one of Singapore’s major public bus operators.
