<p style="text-align:center"><img alt="" src="https://rmkcdn.successfactors.com/06fd4c88/752521bd-bf7c-4012-a4d2-8.png "></p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Purpose</b></H2> </div><div><p>The Section Manager, Signal is responsible to lead the team of OCC Signal AE, Permanent Night PM/CM Team for PSD and Signalling, to provide leadership, management operational engineering and technical advisory and fault handling for operations, overview and monitoring of signaling system.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Manage the function of a Section and Unit</li> <li>Assist Branch Manager in implementing procedures in accordance with Quality Procedures, Work Specifications, Work Instructions, Signal Standing Instructions, and all changes relevant to the Section</li> <li>Manage the cybersecurity compliance and audit for the signal branch</li> <li>Responsible to update and gather necessary information from FSC or Ops to be reported in FSC Daily Production Meeting</li> <li>Ensure all Section's requirements in procedures and instructions are in compliance</li> <li>Regularly monitor work and motivate staff in contributing to the performance of the Section and achieving Signal Performance Standard</li> <li>Ensure safety and quality requirements are maintained, sustained, and improved</li> <li>Analyze and review Signal and PSD system performance</li> <li>Review and plan adequacy of manpower and material resources of the Section</li> <li>Review training requirements of the Section</li> <li>Conduct periodic supervision of staff work</li> <li>Review and endorse reports required of the Section</li> <li>Prepare a yearly budgetary estimate for the Section</li> <li>Manage spares’ control for the Section</li> <li>Manage procedures and process of the IT Security System and networking which is auditable</li> <li>Assist to establish and manage the maintenance contract for Signalling and PSD</li> <li>Follow up on non-conformance, investigation, corrective, and preventive action</li> <li>Review work practices for continual improvement</li> <li>Undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of the works assigned by Supervisor when required</li> <li>Every staff in Circle Line is responsible for their own as well as their Team’s Safety.
