In this newly created role you will be responsible for ensuring organisational compliance with workplace relations, enterprise agreements, modern awards and building organisational capability relating to Pay Compliance. You will be the subject matter expert on Pay Compliance issues, working with other stakeholders to proactively identify and rectify under and overpayment risks. You will advise on, participate in and lead enterprise agreement negotiations as required, ensuring that all Enterprise Agreements are configured, implemented and drafted compliantly.
