We’ll connect you to an amazing career.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color:black">Our Regional Assets division plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Queensland’s rail network, keeping it dependable for the people of our state.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black">Our well-established maintenance team based in <strong>Cairns</strong> are currently seeking a <strong>Signal Electrician</strong> to join their team on a <strong>permanent full-time basis.</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>To be considered you must hold a Certificate IV Railway Signalling and a current open driver’s licence.</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black">Working out of our Portsmith depot, these roles are part of our dedicated Wayside Systems team, which includes experts in Signalling and Telecommunications. The team are responsible for servicing the North Coast and Tablelands lines, spanning from Cardwell to Mareeba. In addition to planned preventative maintenance the team also perform signalling upgrades and corrective works.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black">As a Signal Electrician you will carry out the installation, maintenance, and repair of signalling equipment as well as report on the performance and condition of signalling assets. You will play a key role in achieving our vision of delivering world-class rail services for our customers by ensuring the safety and reliability of our assets and services.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>Benefits that count.
