About the Role With continued growth across our Mungari Operations, we’re looking for a Senior Open Pit Geologist to join the team and play a key role in supporting our expanding open pit assets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be guiding day-to-day geology activities and contributing to longer-term planning and strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to shape in-mine exploration, influence decision-making, and help drive strong geological outcomes across the operation. A big part of the role is supporting and mentoring your team helping them grow their capability and confidence, while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. You’ll also get involved in reporting, budgeting, and working with drilling contractors, giving you a good mix of technical, leadership, and commercial exposure. The position is offered on an 8:6 roster (12-hour days), either FIFO from Perth or residential in Kalgoorlie.
