This is a residential role based in the Parkes local area, working a balanced 7-on, 7-off roster with 12-hour shifts—giving you the time to enjoy life outside of work while contributing to a high-performing underground team. About the role The current sub-level cave at Northparkes offers a solid 10-year mine life, including five years of development mining. Following this, Evolution Mining has a pipeline of future projects that will extend operations for another decade. Reporting to the Underground Mining Supervisor, this gig’s all about getting stuck into Charge Up duties to keep our underground development and production firing on all cylinders. You’ll be right in the thick of it, making sure everything goes off without a hitch- literally.
