About the Role As a Process Operator at Cowal, you’ll play a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of the Processing Plant, including crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching, and control room management. Working as part of our processing team, you’ll help optimise performance, maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards, and support continuous improvement across all plant operations.
