We are seeking an experienced Senior Geologist Resource Definition to join our team. In this role, you will be exposed to a diverse range of geological projects across more than 50 deposit styles, offering significant technical variety and challenge. Backed by a strong and sustained resource definition and exploration budget, you will play a key role in advancing resource development and contributing to ongoing operational success. Leading a team of geologists, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding day-to-day activities, while ensuring a high standard of technical output and supporting the ongoing development of your team. This role provides the opportunity to influence both project outcomes and team capability within a collaborative and technically driven environment.
