<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>The job holder will be responsible for handling all leasing (including leasing administration) matters for Industrial & Carpark portfolio.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Handling all leasing (including leasing administration) matters for Industrial & Carpark portfolio</li> <li>Handling daily leasing activities, including but not limited to coordination on renovation and fitting out works, new lettings, takeover / handover of premises, lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy administrative work</li> <li>Carrying out marketing works including cold calling, marketing research, rental proposal, etc.</li> <li>Handling leasing enquiries and offer documents / letters / leasing proposal preparation</li> <li>Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation</li> <li>Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business or related disciplines</li> </ul> <p><u>Experience and skills:</u></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in leasing or property management, preferably with industrial and carpark portfolios</li> <li>Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage</li> <li>Good communication skills with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin</li> </ul></div></div></div>
