The role covers a wide spectrum of commercial, real estate, and financing matters, providing exposure to the Group’s strategic growth and business initiatives. Candidates with litigation experience will have an advantage. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Provide practical legal advice on commercial, financing, and real estate matters.</li> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents.</li> <li>Identify legal risks and propose pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.</li> <li>Support the Group’s growth and development, including new business initiatives and joint ventures.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and report to the Head of Legal and relevant business units.</li> <li>Liaise with external counsel, oversee legal budgets and expenditures, and contribute to departmental projects.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Hong Kong qualified lawyer</li> <li>Minimum 8–10 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably gained in-house or at a reputable law firm. Candidates with less PQE may be considered for the Legal Counsel position.</li> <li>Solid experience in commercial and real estate-related work; exposure to financing and litigation is preferred.</li> <li>Strong communication and legal drafting skills in both English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.</li> <li>Commercially minded, well-organized, and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.</li> <li>Mature, responsible, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
