<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px;text-align:justify">Officer - Sales assists Manager – Sales to coordinate all sales related activities and relationship management with business partners in the sales office and development sites. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Assist in the formulation and execution of sales plans for project launches</li> <li>Support the Sales Manager (On-site) in achieving business growth and sales targets through effective sales team coordination and liaison with property agents</li> <li>Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand the Group’s customer base and strengthen market presence</li> <li>Manage daily on‑site sales administration and coordinate sales office logistics</li> <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Identify potential sales leads and actively promote products or services to prospective customers</li> <li>Perform ad hoc duties as assigned</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in BA, surveying, marketing, or related discipline</li> <li>Solid experience in property sales industry may be deemed as qualified for the position</li> <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in sales of residential properties in property developers</li> <li>Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales) Ordinance</li> <li>Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized<br>Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English and Chinese</li> <li>Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and powerpoint is a must. Skills of Dynamics 365 will be a merit.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
