We offer outstanding career opportunities and are now seeking energetic talents who are excited to join us on this journey.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Define and manage data architecture (data models, pipelines, integration, governance) for analytics and reporting</li> <li>Drive R&D and tabletop research on emerging technologies, tools, and development practices (with focus on Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise applications)</li> <li>Translate new technologies into practical, deployable solutions with measurable business impact</li> <li>Establish standardized development frameworks and conduct training for regional teams</li> <li>Support country development teams with technical expertise and problem-solving</li> <li>Manage application development projects from planning to delivery</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Requirements: </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines</li> <li>Minimum 8-10 years of experience in application development, IT R&D, or innovation roles</li> <li>Strong expertise in development tools, practices, and system lifecycle management</li> <li>Strong expertise in Microsoft solutions (Azure, Power Platform, M365, Copilot Studio) to support business initiatives</li> <li>Passion for learning, researching, and exploring new technologies and methods</li> <li>Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills</li> <li>Travel to China and overseas is required.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We look forward to receiving your applications.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We offer an attractive remuneration package including competitive salary, fringe benefits and career path to the right candidates.
