We offer outstanding career opportunities and are now seeking energetic talents who are excited to join us on this journey.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Lead and oversee day‑to‑day production operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Optimize manpower planning, machine utilization, and production layout to improve output and reduce operational costs</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to develop and implement effective production models for different product categories</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Drive on‑time order fulfillment by ensuring the right quality, quantity, and cost across all production lines</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process re‑engineering initiatives across production and supporting functions</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop and execute production strategies and plans aligned with business growth and capacity expansion</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ensure appropriate technical training is delivered prior to the implementation of new equipment or technologies</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Bachelor’s degree in Clothing, Textile, Chemical, or related disciplines</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Minimum 15 years of relevant production experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong expertise in cut‑and‑sew garment manufacturing, production flow, and machinery</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Proven track record in driving factory productivity, efficiency improvement, and cost optimization</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Solid understanding of production engineering, process improvement, and quality management</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Willingness to be based in Cambodia</span></li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">We look forward to receiving your applications.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">We offer an attractive remuneration package including competitive salary, fringe benefits and career path to the right candidates.
