We offer outstanding career opportunities and are now seeking energetic talents who are excited to join us on this journey.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead the end-to-end implementation projects for ERP and Integration systems, ensuring successful delivery.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, and quality to define project objectives and develop project plans.</li> <li>Allocate resources, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure project milestones are achieved.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient coordination and prioritization.</li> <li>Gather business requirements, validate proposed solution options, consider various constraints such as budget, time, resources, technical, align stakeholders for best decision to company</li> <li>Escalate to management for timely key direction decisions and conflict resolutions</li> <li>Lead the design and development of ERP and Integrations infrastructure, including research, selection, design, testing of ERP and Integrations systems.</li> <li>Lead testing, training, data conversion and go live procedures for commissioning ERP and Integrations systems.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ERP and Integrations and infrastructure, identifying areas for optimization.</li> <li>Conduct audits of ERP and Integrations solutions to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes.</li> <li>Foster strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support project objectives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in Project Management in delivering ERP implementation projects.</li> <li>Good knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and best practices</li> <li>Good knowledge of manufacturing processes; experience in the garment or textile industry is a strong advantage</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong functional and technical knowledge in SAP MM/PP, including integration with other modules and systems</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience in PLM, APS, MES, QA, WMS</li> <li>Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin). </li> <li>Travel to China and overseas is required.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We look forward to receiving your applications.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We offer an attractive remuneration package including competitive salary, fringe benefits and career path to the right candidates.
