<p><strong>New World Rangiora – Bakery Assistant</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Full-Time</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>New World Rangiora are seeking someone hungry for a change or someone who wants to reignite an old passion in our busy bakery. You will be a part of an experienced, motivated and passionate team who bake and produce goods to an exceptionally high-standard an provide attractive high-quality goods for our consumers.</p> <p> </p> <p>We’re looking for a passionate person who takes pride in their work and producing high quality products and delivering excellence to all our customers.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities of this position include: </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Producing and packing a full range of baked goods</li> <li>Finishing and Production of sweet goods</li> <li>Meeting store objectives in productivity, quality and presentation</li> <li>Presenting the department to a high standard, including cabinet merchandising</li> <li>Maintaining of our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards</li> <li>Traying and cleaning</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>The successful candidate will have the following attributes:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Passion for the industry</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Significant relevant experience is attractive but not required</li> <li>Ideally at least 1 year experience in a retail environment</li> <li>Positive and personable attitude</li> <li>Great time management and communication skills</li> <li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Hours of work:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Sunday – Thursday 40-hour full-time role, the hours of this role will be 5am – 1:30pm.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you believe you have the passion and energy to bring to life the New World experience, apply now!
