<p><strong>CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PAK’nSAVE Queenstown</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>PAK’nSAVE Queenstown offer great working conditions, a supportive management structure, and personal development opportunities.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a talented and experienced full-time supervisor who has a flare for customer service and the passion to assist the Customer Services Manager to ensure that our store delivers the best customer shopping experience possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will have experience supervising and training staff within a busy retail or supermarket environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The successful candidate will:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>-Be an experienced checkout or retail supervisor with a minimum of six months experience handling the sale of alcohol.</p> <p>-Hold a valid Liquor Controllers Certificate and a General Managers Certificate or be eligible to obtain these.</p> <p>-Must be available to work: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Monday – 12:45 -10:15 pm</li> <li>Tuesday – Off</li> <li>Wednesday – Off</li> <li>Thursday – 12:45 – 10:15 pm</li> <li>Friday – 12:45 – 10:15 pm</li> <li>Saturday – 12:45 – 10:15 pm</li> <li>Sunday – 12:45 – 10:15 pm</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate will be:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Motivating and driven by helping other team members to exceed their expectations</li> <li>Committed to maintaining high personal presentation standards of self and others</li> <li>A people person with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience</li> <li>An outstanding communicator who can remain calm and confident in high pressure situations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Assisting with management of the checkout area, ensuring great customer service that is friendly, fast, efficient and accurate</li> <li>Assisting with team training and development needs</li> <li>Actively promoting health and safety and food safety initiatives throughout the department</li> <li>Ensuring correct processes are followed for the sale and supply of age restricted products</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you believe you have the passion and energy to join our team, apply now:</p> <p> </p> <p>Please include a cover letter and full CV.
