If you're a natural leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As a Nightfill Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our Nightfill team to achieve outstanding stock presentation, efficient replenishment, and a safe working environment. You will work closely with the Merchandising Manager and fellow supervisors to ensure the store is ready for the next day's trade.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a physically active role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Responsible For</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Supervising and supporting the Nightfill team</li> <li>Driving excellent stock presentation and merchandising standards</li> <li>Ensuring correct stock rotation and safe stock handling practices</li> <li>Promoting loss prevention awareness across the team</li> <li>Monitoring and maintaining Workplace Health & Safety compliance</li> <li>Completing administration tasks including absence reporting and training sign-offs</li> <li>Ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed</li> <li>Assisting with cleaning duties and working at heights using ladders when required</li> <li>Supporting the team to meet productivity targets and deadlines</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The successful applicant will be:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Reliable, honest, and punctual</li> <li>A confident leader with excellent communication skills</li> <li>Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg</li> <li>Organised with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines</li> <li>Committed to maintaining high standards and leading by example</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum 6 months' experience in retail (supermarket experience preferred)</li> <li>Minimum 1 year's experience in a supervisory or sole-charge role overseeing 20+ staff</li> <li>Current Forklift and Reach Truck Licence</li> <li>Strong understanding of health and safety practices</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Hours of Work</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Sunday to Thursday</strong></p> <p><strong>8:30pm – 6:30am</strong></p> <p>Please note: <strong>These days and hours are fixed and are not negotiable.</strong></p> <p></p> <p>If you're ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career and join a team committed to excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
