<p>Four Square is an iconic Kiwi brand, providing for customers since 1924!</p> <p> </p> <p>With more than 230 stores across the country, we can keep our customers stocked up with a range of groceries, locally sourced products, fresh produce, meat, chilled beer and wines, and a friendly smile!</p> <p> </p> <p>Four Square Arrowtown is looking for a confident person with an eye for detail, and retail experience (ideally in the same industry), to join our awesome busy team as a Grocery Assistant.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You must be customer driven</li> <li>Take pride in presentation</li> <li>Display an ability to be self motivated</li> <li>Use initiative</li> <li>Be physically fit and capable as this is an active role. </li> <li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment - this is crucial as we are a small busy team.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You will need to have experience in the following:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Be a strong relationship builder and communicator and effective team player. A passion for excellent customer service and taking care of our community. Someone who likes to be busy and takes pride in their work. A person who thrives under pressure and has a flexible can-do attitude. This role also involves basic food prep so we need someone who feels comfortable to do this. The successful applicant will also need to have previous experience supervising and or a natural ability to lead as we will need them to work towards this, and gain their LCQ certificate which we will facilitate. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Hours</strong>: Wednesday to Sunday Full time- please note this is ideally a long term role. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Please note:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>We are not an Accredited Employer so applicants must have the current right to work in NZ.
