We’re seeking someone who can lead our Grocery department with passion, professionalism, and a drive for excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As Grocery Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Grocery department, ensuring high standards in customer service, department presentation, and financial performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and deliver results that make a real impact.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in supermarket or retail leadership (3+ years in management preferred)</li> <li>Strong people leadership skills – confident, empathetic, and performance-driven</li> <li>Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities</li> <li>Solid understanding of budgets, costs, and sales performance</li> <li>Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>A genuine passion for customer service and community engagement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is a full-time role (40–45 hours per week), Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility required during peak trading periods.
