Work independently on each shift and be solely responsible for the direct clinical care of the mothers admitted to the 4 bed PMU Unit, you may also be asked to provide midwifery and breastfeeding/lactation to support to other mothers of babies in NICU as well.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">You will practice independently within the multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive, safe, evidence-based practice across a range of contexts to facilitate optimal health outcomes with a family centred care approach.
