<p>We are looking for a skilled culinary professional who will be responsible in supporting the Main Kitchen Team in ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Creates and develops new dishes and recipes buy keeping up with the latest market trends.</li> <li>Plans, coordinates and supervises menu implementations in a timely manner as well as proper documentation of the former</li> <li>Comply with all the policies, procedures, work instructions and monitoring requirements in accordance with Peninsula Manila Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005 and attends trainings as necessary to assure effectiveness of food safety process.</li> <li>Resolve food safety and quality issues</li> <li>Implement corrective actions and control nonconforming products.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>General Requirements</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>At least 2 to 3 years experience as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a 5 star Hotel or reputable restaurant, a total of 8 years in Culinary experience</li> <li>Basic Culinary education</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of food and ingredients with a high level of creativity</li> <li>Friendly and positive with a flexible approach and confidence to guide a team</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and willing to work in a dynamic workplace </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration.
