Looks for improvement for better service standards with a general theme of anticipating the guests' needs.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Manages the day to day operations ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures successful and profitable leadership of the outlet.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Hires, develops, motivates, supervises, and performance manages department colleagues in maintaining a culture in compliance with mission, vision, values and cores principles HSH.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">General requirements</span></span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role within a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Is a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Strong people leader having prior experience managing a team.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Fluent English communication proficiency.
